  • Week 4

I've been weighing daily too! To my horror I gained 2lbs! I think it might be because I have been living dehydrated and in this heat I have been drinking loads!

Who am I kidding? I ate chocolate too!

So I am exactly were I started at the beginning of the month!

Fortunately I am off for a few weeks now so I can give myself a kick up the bum!

OK ladies. Some of us seem to have hit a bump. We need a July title and mathematician. I don't mind but don't want to be greedy! But I really need you lot I am going to be more PE teacher shaped in September!
  • Hey,
I think you're right about weighing everyday Starbuck, when it goes the right way it definitely helps to motivate me. I need to learn to not let it affect me negatively though when it goes the wrong way!

Weighed 136 this morning! Have stepped up my training for the 10k I am doing in July. Its definitely helping me stay motivated. When i've put myself through a run I don't want to ruin it by pigging out!

    Good luck everyone
  • I'm definitely adding the daily weigh-in back to my routine. It may not be scientifically proven but I need to obsessed in order to change my bad habits!

And I'll grab my running programme and start that properly - I loved my power walks and I certainly felt the difference!

Now my hayfever has slacked off I'm less sinusy, so fingers crossed I'll get started tomorrow morning before the temperature rises too high.

Actually add that to the other lame excuses, it is far too hot to drag my 16stone body around - but if I re-think that boxers train in sweat suits to lose weight!!! Sweaty Betty walking here I come
  • thank you stef i defo up for next months!.. ill keep a look out x
  • Thanks for volunteering again Stef, you've done a great job this month.
No real ideas for next months title though, perhaps something along the lines of juicy july.
  • Ooops!

I was all fired up and ready to put June behind me! Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay behind me!

I've already started July in Five (5 weeks, 5 days of exercise each week).

I set up a minute tracker and everything! Here's hoping that setting it up isn't the only exercise I get!
