Today is day 33... I can hardly believe it, honestly. I'm averaging 2 strong urges per week, but as I've said before, my mini-goal is keeping me motivated and in charge.
I'm only a week and a half from a little trip back to my husband's college town. We are going to his favorite pizza restaurant; it's a local place and he hasn't been there in 4 years. Basically, my goal is to eat pizza like everyone else - a few slices and maybe a side salad. I feel slightly conflicted as I know it's a dangerous situation, but sometimes I just want to feel normal. I have made rules: we are ordering a small pizza with no more than one topping and whatever is left doesn't get to go back to the hotel with us.
Other than that, I actually feel pretty prepared. I'm packing lots of healthy foods and snacks so that I don't have excuses to eat out multiple times.
