Well I do know I will have a veggie tray on the table for the before dinner munchies and after dinner snacking
At our family get togethers we tend to play cards and family games for hours so I really am looking forward to it but like you have all said why blow all my points on a piece of cake so my goal is if I have to eat some dessert it will only be a bite, then back to some other busy work to keep my hands busy

I certainly know the allure of sandwiches, particularly BREAD. Though I don't advocate the necessity of eliminating food groups, I find whenever I start back on sandwiches (breads and grains), my eating goes on a tear - completely out of control.
