Way too often. I work for the health department, and we have scales on two different floors....and while I know better, I've been weighing myself every day at work. My official weigh in is at the Dr's office every Saturday morning. I weigh in wearing the same outfit every time. I try to consider the Saturday weigh in as the only one that really counts...but the daily weigh ins can leave me very frustrated.

I don't keep a scale at my house because I find when I have in the past, I get obsessed and weigh myself daily or more than once/day. Too obsessive and stressful for me, and I think it contributes to me feeling easily frustrated by fluctuations, focusing too much on 'dieting' and I just can't keep up the energy that all takes.
So I weigh myself sometimes up to twice/week, sometimes not for two weeks or more. That's working for me! I just keep doing my Weight Watchers thing.
Every morning. Clothes come off, I pee, I weigh.
