And don't forget! Making sure we get our water in, and our fruits & veggies! 
And I like the no eating out as well.
I overslept today, wanting to get myself back getting up for my morning walks. 

I even wore my wrist weights, but I had to take them off as I kept smacking myself in the face. :/ lol
