Good Morning Ladies
Nothing new at my end,I'm trying to decide on what calorie count I really should staying at or just keep on cycling until I get to goal. The latter is making the scale more down so I guess I answered my own question.
STARSMOM-Thanks,I tried to have a bread less day,by being on a low carb plan,but it didn't happen,toward the end of the day I had a P&J sandwich. Can't seem to control low carbing so now I back to counting calories.
THIGHS-Welcome to the chat,No I never heard of that pizza recipe.Its sound healthy with fiber one and oats for the crust. I have to go over to hungry girl and get that recipe,as I'm a Fiber one gal. Kids can be funny when trying new foods,I see that from m y Grandchildren. Good luck getting them to try it.

PRINNY-That's great that you made goal you worked so hard to get there.Never heard of a go wear fit,what kind of item is that??? That;s great if it working continue using that if it helps you. Glad that your hanging around here ,we need you inspiration to keep us motivated.
PARADISEPWelcome to the chat.I used to go to WW for 26 weeks and it didn't work for me.So I changed to c/c and its its slow but it working,and that what counts.They have a chart of calories on the sticky that might help you decide.
