What a cool idea this is!!! My goal for today (it's technically Saturday now...haha) is to get in some circuit training at the gym in addition to 45 minutes on the elliptical!
I'm jumping on this bandwagon too, I love this idea! I just joined so I'm still trying to find my place to be accountable :P
1. 1 hour of exercise (40 minutes done this morning already!)
2. Go grocery shopping for healthy foods (been putting it off and just munching on healthy-ish stuff in the house for the last few days).
