    This thread is seriously keeping me on track- I need to keep it up
  • My goal is to get some exercise.
  • What a cool idea this is!!! My goal for today (it's technically Saturday now...haha) is to get in some circuit training at the gym in addition to 45 minutes on the elliptical!
  • i know it's supposed to be just one but i've got a few, just a few:

    1.) jog the quarter mile in 5 minutes or better
    2.) don't eat after 7pm
    3.) go out and dance tomorrow night!

    I met my goal last night- and I went over six miles on the elliptical!!! Those are ten minute miles!!!!

    Today's goal:
    WORKOUT:
    60 mins elliptical
    45 mins weights
    15 mins stretching
    80 oz of water
  • I'm jumping on this bandwagon too, I love this idea! I just joined so I'm still trying to find my place to be accountable :P

    1. 1 hour of exercise (40 minutes done this morning already!)
    2. Go grocery shopping for healthy foods (been putting it off and just munching on healthy-ish stuff in the house for the last few days).
  • Today's Goal : elliptical for 60 mins and try for over 10000 strides today- I did it yesterday and I want to see that again SO bad
