How long are u supposed to work out to it each day? And how do you know which day you do which thing (cardio, strength, or abs)?

Anyhoo.. I volunteer for the team leader thing, but someone would have to explain to me what exactly I need to do each day/week for everyone.. & thats if no one else wants the job.
