Hi to everyone else who posted! I just hit the advanced button and can't go back to reference without losing what I've done so far...

I ended yesterday OP, today I'm trending to be OP, though I'm starving at the moment and might slip a little if DH doesn't head home soon.
B: smoothie, Trader Joe's chocolate protein powder today. Love it in milk, not so good in a fruit smoothie...

S: no snack...
L: 1/4 Ciabbata Roast & 1/2 steamed veggie cup from Jason's Deli - haven't had them in a long time, vendor brought take out
Nothing since then except water, planned rest of evening...
D: ground turkey breast browned in spices & hot sauce served over rice
S: chocolate milk with protein powder, Nilla Wafers or apple with fat free dip
Exercise: last night I did work on the Weider for 65 minutes (I actually lost track of time... that has never happened when I exercised before...) then did a ten minute yoga stretch. Today I did 45 minutes on the elliptical this AM, will probably take the rest of the night off.
