  • Hey all!!! Guess that little bit of extra activity paid off yesterday I went swimming with my daughter AND did my 1.5 mile walk! AND down another #!!

    I'm positive I can lose another # by my Monday weigh in and be down my 3lb goal for the week!!

  • Hello everyone, Haven't been on track really those last days, Been a little sick, now feeling better.. So I haven't worked out for some days and not been thinking of what I'm eating,, But at least I didn't gain anything.. Still at 139 this morning..
  • Back to starting weight of 216.2. I really don't think being a girl is fair sometimes!!
