Hi everyone sorry I haven't been around much this past weeks or so...I think I posted that I had the flu...I thought I was getting over it and was all set to get myself back to the gym when Whammo...it came back with a vengeance and really floored me, I spent most of last week feeling sorry for myself and having hubby running around after me when he wasn't working, then on tuesday, my son came down with it and as all you mums know, when the kids are sick you have to forget about yourself and take care of them, which probably didn't help me recover any faster.
Weigh in day was another good one which really surprised me, because I have already had 3 good weigh ins so I presumed TOM must be due to appear and spoil the party, but it hasn't appeared yet I can only put it down to being ill...actually thats rubbish it comes when it feels like it anyway at the best of times
Well 2lbs lost again this week and I actually made it back to the gym yesterday, My trainer suggested I only do half my normal session this week and I am really glad I took his advice, it took me as long to do half a session as it normally takes me to do a full one...and today I can hardly move
someone sent me a great email this morning which pretty much describes how I felt when I woke up this morning, I'll post that on our other thread so you can all have a laugh
