Hi turtles:
Princess - yes, we have had a few storms & suppose to be rainy off/on the next few days. But, I keep thinking "at least it is not freezing rain" & that will be back soon enough, so try not to complain about this weather.
Last night my gf came for our usual dinner & we had pork tenderloin on the Foreman & that was quick, easy & very good. I made a nice spinach salad &
"fake mashed potatoes" (steamed cauliflower - mashed with ff sour cream, then broiled with cheese on top) - very good!
I am hoping for a good loss tomorrow at ww - I have stayed completely OP this week.
Judy - good job on the loss & your recipe sounds yummy. Will try that soon, for sure.
