Hello fellow red team members!
I am so excited to be able to be a part of this challenge and to get to know all of you.
1. What would you like us to call you? Jen
2. What eating plan are you using? principle of 3 hour diet combined with the tracking of the Richard Simmons foodmover
3. What is your favorite way to exercise? Our family is into geocaching so I would have so say hiking in the woods.
4. What is one area of weightloss that you struggle with? Evening snacking and eating healthy while school is in session
5. What is one area of weightloss that you excel at? Planning meals, playing around with recipes to make them healthier.
6. What is your short term goal? To get under 200 by the end of this challenge
7. What will you reward yourself with when you reach that goal? Some new clothes
8. Best weight loss tip? Have a big glass of water with your meal and take a sip between each bite.
9. Bob or Jillian? Well Bob is better looking

However I think Jillian would be the one that would be able to better motivate me.
10. Tell us a little about yourself! I am 34. I have been married to my high school sweetheart for 15 years now. We have 4 children ranging in ages from 3 to 14. (So our house is constantly like a circus, but I wouldn't have it any other way.) I am currently in school finishing my degree so things can be a bit hectic at times. I have a year left including my internship and then I am going to celebrate by taking the family on a Disney cruise. I haven't been doing very well with eating healthy and have put about 40 lbs back on since last August when fall term began. So I am hoping that this challenge will help put me back on track. Now that school is out for the summer I am going to be putting in a huge vegetable garden. I especially love the heirloom varieties. The weirder the better!
