Enygirl= I hope you made it to the sub shop, and made good choices. You are right when I drink my water and workout I am not so fast to just throw it all away. Maybe that's why most people workout in the morning.

congrats on the 2.4 lbs down! 


and it's so much better on sandwiches then damn lettuce! Today I got a steak/swiss cheese on honey oat with tomatoes, spinach, pickles, onions, lite mayo, splash of olive oil, and honey mustard. *sigh*
They have this special were you get a footlong for just $5 and I can truthfully say that this is the first time I've ever ate just half of a foot long! The other part is in the fridge, waiting possibly for breakfast.
