I lost 4lbs this week!
Well actually its more like 5 days! Coz I weight myself every Tuesday and last Tuesday I weighted myself and I hadnt lost anything in the week, so I went to the gym and to yoga and weighed myself again on Thursday & I still hadnt gone down at all! But I weighed myself on Tuesday & I'd gone down 4lbs! WHy cant every week be like this! Lol!
So now
Starting weight: 184lbs
Current weight: 178lbs
Target weight: 126lbs
Lost/gained this week: - 4lbs
Total lost: 6lbs
Remainder to be lost: 52lbs
