  • Yesterday was hard - BUT today is a new day....Today I can and will go for a 30 minute run, eat a proper dinner and go out tonight without drinking any alcohol or eating any nibbles. Just for today I can do it.
  • Today ... I will at least practice restraint.
    Inspite of my good intentions, I am letting the next few busy days interfere in my thinking. I can be calmer and more patient today.
  • Today..I will drink more water than having diet coke.
  • I started my day out bad. Just for today, I'm going to make the theme of the day "discipline is your friend", in all areas of my life.
  • just for today, i will do aerobics, free-weights, and yoga.
  • Today I will get my evenings under control. I do great all day but have been losing control in the evenings. Today I will be in control in the evening.
  • Water intake solved..drank gallon water today and no diet coke!
  • Today...I will continue on my water intake and also sweat along with Richard Simmons video!

    Just for today I will go for a kick (!) bike ride and hit the gym. I will also not buy junk that shouldn't be in the house when I do the grocery run. If DH wants junk he'll have to get it himself.
  • Just for today: I will have a small piece of a friend's birthday cake only if it is a kind that I like. I won't be talked into eating anything I really don't want.

    I will eat my oatmeal, do my walk and watch the snacking. I've been slipping on this lately.
  • Today I will NOT feel guilty about what I eat - I will just make up for it.
    Squash blossom quesadillas and carnitas are no match for kickboxing class!
  • Today I WILL go to the gym.

  • Just for today, dining will be an at-home affair. That way I know I will stay on plan!
  • Today I will up my water intake back to 64 oz at least. I will stay home and eat on plan. Already exercised, so that part is taken care of!

    drink 1.5 liters of water
    eat a healthy dinner
    get in bed by 9:00pm, watch tv no more than 30 mins and go to bed!
