  • Because yesterday was a bit of a slip up, and I need to get back on track today. I need to keep going. Losing weight makes me feel good, so it is worth the "sacrifice." It's worth the extra work.
  • because I deserve to be happy, healthy and fit!!
  • Because I'm more than halfway there now, and I CAN do this!!
  • Because all this exercise has me feeling great! I want to feel like this all the time!
  • ...to make up for the extra slice of pizza I had last night. And because I'm on a roll; 8 straight days without a gain!
  • tomorrow is my official weigh-in day and would like to see another lb lost lol
  • ...because I'm not giving up.
  • I'm SOP today because I feel like garbage and if I don't, I'll just feel worse.
  • ..because it's Day One and if I screw up today that means there's just no damn hope for me. LOL. (kidding.)

    ....because I'm going to dinner with all the skinny wives tonight and I don't want to be the fat girl eating the cream soup and pasta.

  • ...plain and simple.. because I feel like crap when I don't stay on plan and I feel great when I do...
  • I'm staying on plan tomorrow (as it is 10 at night and I shouldn't be eating any more) because I went off plan at breakfast (well, not technically, but it wasn't the most healthful, satisfying breakfast) and I was cranky and felt like crap the rest of the day, and really had to fight to stay on something even moderately resembling plan.
  • Because I got invited to a party a month away and I want my butt to look cute in my jeans. (Superficial much, Lisa? )
  • Because I'll have so much more energy if I continue to lose weight.
  • Because I am not giving up hope on buying a new bikini!
