Staying On Plan Today Because....

  • because I am finally back on track and on my way to a healthy lifestyle.
  • I feel bloated, my leg feels weird (lack of exercise, i think ), and I'm up to 240 on the scale...again
  • Because I don't want to die of a heart attack or increase my risk of breast cancer because I was too FAT.
  • Because I want to be a source of inspiration for my best friend.
  • I weighed in this morning, and lost 4lbs , and because I woke up this morning, and my back aches because of my weight
  • ..because my progress motivates me.
  • Because I only have one more pound to go before I've lost an even 10!!!
  • Because I saw my reflection today when I was shopping and actually thought, "wow..not bad"
  • Because pretty soon I think I can fit into my size 12 jeans again. The size 14s are feeling quite baggy
  • ....because although I cheated, I feel terrible about it and Phase 2 is calling my name!
  • Because I went ridiculously off plan yesterday, and if I keep it up I'm NEVER going to get to my damn goal! So not only am I sticking exactly to my plan all day today, I vow to keep it up all week! Wish me luck
  • Because I want to experience the feeling of putting on a pair of jeans, and realizing there to big
