.....well i willl not go there.lol I guess my least favorite would be (forgive me I do not know the proper name) the ones where you look like a dog peeing.
..lol I asked for forgiveness in advance remember. If I had to pick 1 it would be oblique crunches I guess cause I am usually burning after these and they are what help to shrink my waist



I'm not sure if that's a good or a bad thing! It's probably because I went kickboxing and that squeezed out all the nasy achy stuff from my sore legs!
