well work day is almost over. I'm still contemplating my walk. I don't want to do it. I am so lazy right now. <sigh> I'm doing good on eating though. that's all there is to report for now.
lydia-you are doing really well considering where you work. I don't think I would of survived working there (although I did awhile back). keep it up!

I have been very bad with eating and working out lately. I need to get it together. The scale was lower this morning, though. Plan for today is to walk 4 miles while I wait for the Bf. I will do it!!!!
Back from my little trip. I'm so depressed its over. That's what I've been looking forward to and now there is a big gap of nothing til the end of October. Such a long time away.
I was very bad on my vacation and now I'm depressed over the results on the scale. I just had so much fun at all the wineries and microbreweries. Definetly did not stick to any plan and even my exercise was miniscule. Oh well, back at it now and maybe I've learned something.

I'm in a better mood this morning. I'm back on track with exercise now that I'm home, and my scale took a huge nose dive so my vacation gain is not so traumatic as I thought. I'm still going to try to behave a little better to keep things in check.

Well, its Friday and we have tickets for the whole family to go see a MudHens (minor league) baseball game tonight in celebration of my dad's b-day. I am thinking we're going to have a blast. I just gotta make sure I eat before we go so I dont cave.

Today I get to go see my baby at camp!!! It has been one week sence I have seen her. I missed her so bad.. its to quite at the house. lol Me and my son went swimming last night and stay out there till a storm came up it was so much fun....
