Hi everyone:

Having a pretty good week overall. Got in some swims & gym exercise. On weekend had some chicken wings & bruschetta but counted all my points. Last night made baked salmon & rice w/veggies and turned out good.

My w/i day is Thurs so hoping for some kind of loss.

Keep up all the good work & talk later.

hi Kim

No not Swiss Chalet, mmm, another of my favourites, we went to Shoeless Joes, I should tell you I also order a steak, (another downfall of mine) I was good though, I ordered the smalles one they had 5oz, well you should of heard the laughs and comments when it came. This huge plate with this huge potatoe (I only ate half) and this little,,, tiny,,, smidgit,,, of steak, I thought oboy this is it eh!!!!! See I am not use to ordering like that when I eat out, so that was a big step forward for me. And actually it was great, I was full and didn't need any more. So yes I am learning.
So you will have to start taking in extra special treats to hide at work, when they bring in all the Christmas goodys, good luck, I know its not easy

I am reall proud, staying at the treadmill, up to 3-5minute intervals, last two days, working up to 4 today, heres hoping

Hi everyone - I have been pretty good. Stayed within my point range & got in some excercise this week, so hoping for some kind of loss tomorrow night.

My problem is when I am good I am very good but once I have some things I shouldn't I go completely the other way and do damage. So I been yo-yoing for some time but have been pretty good the last 2 weeks. So, I am really trying to stay focussed & pre-planning all my meals and outings. I have lots of social gatherings with bf who is on lots of committees and client gatherings.

Anyway, I have been good again this week & really, really want to be down tomorrow night.

Talk soon.

Default 50 to lose too

I'm new to the site (just signed up today)and not really sure I'm posting correctly. But....I want to lose 50 pounds to get to my ultimate goal and I would like to do it by my birthday 03/24. I'm 43 years old and I have a 2 1/2 year old son (two older sons also (22 yrs and 19 yrs) and I want to do this for them as well as myself. I want to see my little guy graduate from not only high school but college and be around for a long time. For myself I want to feel good in my clothes again. I was very close to my goal right after my 2 year old was born and then gained it all right back, but I'm determined to do it. I just need a little help. I live in a house full of muscle bound fit men (including my husband). I want to make all of them sit up and take notice! I'm at 175 right now and want to be at 125. HELP!

Hi everyone:

I was only down .2# last night so was alittle disappointed. Have been getting in lots of exercise and eating pretty good as well. So hopefully, next week will show more of a loss.

But, I know it is better than a gain. Anyway, have a great weekend.

Thanks for the welcome. I appreciate any help I can get. I've doing WW and not going over my pts. I've been really woking out lately (the last 3 weeks regularly), classes at least 3 times a week and on the days I don't go to the gym I do something at home, walk on my treadmill, yoga or a workout video...something and nothing is changing, my clothes are not any looser. I've gained 2 lbs. My husband and kids keep telling me it's muscle and I'll see a change soon. I sure hope so....it's depressing
to see the scale go up and not down!!!

Thumbs up You can do it!

You can do it. You just have to hit that milestone in your head that tells you that you are ready and that it is time. I spent 15 years eating the same things my skinny italian husband ate and I paid for it. Hopefully - your family & frieds will support you and you will have great sucess!

Hey there everyone. Glad to see this is still going....I think I have been away for to long....hate when life gets in the way of my computer time....lol

Well I have a new goal.....12 weeks tomorrow I turn 40.......I will not be fat and 40 I will be fit and 40. Going to step it up a bit, DH and I are going on a cruise for my 40th so I want to be able to fit into the bathingsuite I bought for the last cruise that I swore I would wear and never did.

Glad to read that everyone is doing great....keep it up!!!!
