Boatingmommy- Great job going on that walk even though it was nasty outside, it sounds like you got a good bang for your buck though!! Trying on all those clothes sounds so fun and motivating!! Are you getting rid of the clothing that is now too big? Is the Food and Wine festival part of your Disney vacation, or is that something on the side that you will be doing prior to? If you come back 10 lbs. heavier that means that 7.5 or more is just water weight and it will fly off!! I tend to get big swings in either direction so that would probably happen for me, but it helps knowing its not real weight. Plus, you guys will be doing so much walking and that should help a ton!! The scale can be very frustrating, but I hope that it starts cooperating soon!! That is awesome that the fitness rings provide you with a nice incentive to meet your goals!!

I ate WAY too much yesterday!!! And I was so pooped out coming home that I laid down at 8 and never packed a lunch for today. So, failure to plan is planning to fail is the motto that is playing in my head today.

Hi Ladies I'm back!!! I've had a lot going on this month that took me away from 3FC. I think I mentioned that I was re-taking the real estate course because I let my license lapse. All my time away from work went to studying. I'm happy to say that I finished the course and I passed the final exam yesterday!! I am so relieved and now I can get back 100% to WW and working out. I was off work today so I got up early and went for a 2 mile walk and I went to the WW meeting this morning. I didn't weigh in because I know that I'm up about 3 pounds and I didn't want to see it on paper. I plan on working hard this week to get back to where I was. I'm happy to be back to checking in every day!

I hope you ladies have a wonderful weekend

gettnfit- Congrats on passing your exam!!! Great job getting your walk done so early in the day, that must really set the tone for a great day! I am sure that 3 lbs. will be gone in no time!!

I am totally out of control lately, and it needs to stop NOW!

kfunk: congrats on your pregnancy. I'm so happy for you.

gettinfit: congrats on passing your exam.

I'm doing well with my exercise although my mileage was down this week. My goal is 28 miles per week and I managed to get 22 miles in. I 'm going to start adding in some weights as I think this may help with my weightloss efforts. My weight stayed the same this week.

flower- Thank you!! I have heard such great things about lifting weights, I hope that it helps you!! And 22 miles is an amazing accomplishment!!!!!
