It actually works the opposite. I look the same as a larger-framed person my height would 10-20 lbs heavier!
It's the same for me. Small-framed people just don't carry any extra weight well and have to be lighter on the scales to look at the same weight as somone with a medium frame.
It also doesn't help that I'm short so even 5 lbs can be noticeable (esp since my face always bloats first).
What really counts as a small frame? I did the elbow breadth & wrist test once, and it told me I had a small frame... but I didn't really believe it. My limbs are more slender than my trunk imo, so I don't know if it's a good test. Still, I feel like I have to weigh less than average because I also don't carry extra weight very well either. Wish I could be voluptuous and sexy, but it doesn't always happen like that. lol
I just restarted to lose more so I dunno if I'm considered a feather? Hehe. ANyway here are my current measurements
Bust 38
underbust 32
Belly Button 34 (omg would love to be in the 20s x.x)
hips 38
thighs 22
calves 14
upper arms 13 1/2 *dies* They are so huge and gross! At least they are smaller than my calves now.

It's not a great test. Out of three ways to measure frame size, I got three different frame sizes, LOL.
For wrist measurement I get small frame
For elbow breadth I get large frame
For ankle measurement I get medium frame.
I HAVE NO IDEA!!!
I always thought I was large framed, but I think I'm probably small or medium framed. Looking at my clearly-large-framed brothers I can see the difference...they have wider shoulders, thicker wrists, thicker ankles, etc.
Most people in my family are large framed, but occasionally someone pops up here and there with a smaller frame (my great grandfather, my mom, one of my cousins). I might just be one of those anomalies.
I'd love to join in! I have never been super "skinny", but I was much more athletic and definitely slender when I was in university. Now that I have a desk job, the pounds (and inches) have packed on. But since I'm only 5'2", I'm like the rest of you - I need to be relatively light to look slender.
Waist: 30"
Belly button: 34"
Hips: 36" (I have relatively small hips and a thick waist...ughhhh)
Thighs: 24.5"
Arms: 11"
I can't wait to see what my measurements look like in a month! How often do you guys measure yourselves?
OK, I'm pretty embarrassed, because everyone's so much thinner than me. But my weight's always been scrunched up in the middle, from my bust to my hips:
Bust 38
Waist 33
Hips 40
Thigh 19
Wrist 5.25
I kind of wonder how low I'd have to go to have a small waist. I have to admit, the only exercise I am doing is walking right now. Last time I was at 102 I still had belly fat, although I could hide it in clothes.
Finally managed to dig out the measuring tape for my restart. Still haven't weighed in though... figured I'll save that special kind of heII for tomorrow. I'm guessing I'm at about 130lbs though.
I said in my reply just above yours, I will update it every month. I think it's better to leave it for a few weeks, rather than checking it every few days. It's similar to weigh in, if you weigh in daily you might feel frustrated if you haven't lost anything. If you measure so close together and haven't lost inches, I feel like it's a similar feeling of frustration.
Seems I've been the same measurement for months now, I used to measure every month but now the weight is coming off so slowly that I tend to measure every few pounds.
I'm 35-25-35 (30 DD bra size) with 21.5 inch thighs Guess where my weight is?
