Sloan, I'm glad your mom is getting to make the move before Christmas. That should help her get through these holidays. I also like to read about you and your sister. You are truly blessed to have her closeby.

Nancy, good success to you. I hope you can build up your strength and lose weight.

Vickie, I hope you're having a good day. I'm battling some demons now, too. Life gets complicated sometimes, doesn't it?

JoJo, you sound so cute!!!! I'd be going "teddy bearish", too, if I were getting out in your weather. Please tell us all about the fayre. I need to live vicariously through you.

Speaking of living vicariously----Frouf, where are you? Are you out buying new clothes for our cruise?

Rhonda, I'm waving at you. If you see something fly by in the wind, it might be me. We're having a stout wind here that's heading your way. Well, you probably already have it, too.

I have rehearsal in a bit. We do our church play the 12th so there aren't many rehearsals left. And the high school Christmas play I'm in? It's the 11th. Life is good.

What does everyone do about estimating salad dressings at restaurants.
Waitresses usually do not know what oils are used in the dressing.
Do you think carrying your own is tacky ???
That is the only way I know to be sure about what the calories are ..

I always carry my own salad dressing in a little tupperware midget. I also carry my own pre-measure portion of smart balance light to use on the whole wheat pasta that I order plain. Then I have buttered angel hair with my salmon and fresh steamed veggies and my salad with my own dressing. I'm NOT embarrassed at all.

Sandra, you are so cute. I'm struggling BAD and do not want to go to JC tomorrow. Maybe I just won't weigh in.

Vickie, I'm going to WW Tues AM and the plan is--I"m not going to look at what they write down about my weight. Actually, I'm almost to the 30 day time for weighing, but I know I'll be devestated. Ergo--no peeky.

Nancy, I wouldn't be embarassed at all. Just do like Vickie suggests and take a cute little container. I may be doing that soon.

From what I'm seeing New Program doesn't count calories. This will be different. Sounds a lot like CORE in some ways. My interest is high.

My interest is high, too. I was thinking it sounds like flore. I'm not sure when I'll go this week, but I plan to go asap.

Right now, I'm sitting by the fire watching Christmas movies and looking at my half decorated Christmas tree. I decided to add something to make it look fuller, so I have to wait to add the ornaments until I get that done. Hope you all are having a great evening. TTFN

Christmas tree! We were going to put ours up this weekend but got busy and forgot. Oh, well, we'll get it up soon.

You're right about its being more FLORE than CORE.

They should have named it FLORE.

Can we post a link with a lot of information about the new plan.
I just found it.

I just read the link rules and it sounds like this would be okay ...
