Ooh, count me in a little late. I have been so swamped with school and internship and everything else, and I need to get back in gear. I'm going to plan on 15 hours of exercise for the remainder of this month... I will have something to post after I get back from the gym this evening!

Well- I've worked out 12 days in a row. And only really had to force myself to do it twice. I think that's pretty good. I had no intention of working out today- but then just decided to do it anyway. 45 minutes to add.
45 minutes on the bike last night - I'm flying through my audiobook this month! (I only listen to it in the car and on the bike at the gym)

The gym is closing early tonight for an event, but I'm going to do some of the upper body hand weight exercises we've been learning in my step-aerobics class instead of using it as an excuse not to work out today.
