I agree with the scales being
I will weigh and get excited about a pound drop then
recheck just to be sure and weigh a pound more
I am beginning to think I need to just keep eating right and
quit weighing except once a week.

Can I shoot my scales with an arrow? Just wondering--and wishing.

Hi there, everyone. We are finished with the competition. I won by over 80 points inspite of some difficulties and "Lucy" moments. Life is good. Tonight we go to the Awards Banquet at Penrose Place (A mansion in Colorado Springs). In the AM Curtis and I are back on the wagon.

Froufie, it's so good to see your post. Congratulations on being down those 15 lbs and also for your dedication to exercising. You rock, girl.

I apologize for this being short. I did read and am caught up but am exhausted and need to rest a bit. Have a great weekend, everyone.

Good Morning Ladies

Don't know until I get to church to see whether my friends will set out for our usual Sunday Brunch with all the mob her for the road race.

If we don't go I have to change my menu from eggs,Canadian bacon Eng muffin to eggs, bacon and o'Brien potatoes instead.

my menu

sn-applesauce & yogurt

RHONDA-Thanks for the prayers.I hope they will be able to kill this cancer once and for all. Its so hard to watch and be helpless,when it comes to a loved one.


NANCY-I'm a happy camper now that I just W-I once a week at WW. I also happy that I back on core with 24 pts left until Thursday.

SANDRA-Congrats on wining 80 pts.+ on the target range.

Hi Chickies, I am back and ready to get back on track! I was bad, bad, bad these last five days, but I'm not going to beat myself up about it. Just pick myself up and dust myself off and get back on track. I will have a good gain when I wi on Wednesday, but oh well. Vacations happen. I did get in a lot of bike riding, but not as much as I would have needed to counter act what I ate.
I see Frouf is back! Good to have you back!!! I only skimmed through all the posts as there are alot of them.
Had a little complication on vacation(dumb me.. decided to go on a rope swing and bruised my tailbone yesterday) so I'm rather sore and am going to lay down. Sitting kind of hurts right now.

I'll catch up with you all tomorrow.

Ive been tracking my calories lately and sure need to cut back...its so easy to get off program once again. sheesh...but I have been out walking 3 times this week..thats more then ive done all summer. and gardening!

Hi All:

The explosion in Toronto was really something, but it's not where either Donna/Tech or I live. One firefighter lost his life and a few people are injured slightly so I heard. The major highway into the city has been closed all day for fear of other explosions.

Tracie, you'll be fine in a few days...at least the eating will be, not sure about the tailbone OUCH!

I've been too indulgent this weekend, but I did do my DVD for 40 minutes today. I better reign in the calories myself a bit here.

It's been raining AGAIN!!!! We might better get out the blueprints for the ark.
