Gah. Saturdays are hopeless for me. I was fine yesterday. I had my ususal b-fast this morning. Biked to 'town' and had trail mix once I got there. A nice small portion that was prepackaged. Went for lunch and I was ravenous. I eat fish, but not other meat and my choices were salad or the delicious catfish hoagie on french bread. *sighs* It was worth every calorie, regardless of how many those were. Than I stopped at a bookstore on my way home and felt *cough* compelled to get a rice krispie treat that had m&m's in it. Also delicious. I'm home now, so I should be safe for the rest of the night.

Is it totally counterproductive to have one 'freebie' meal a week? Not like a trillion calorie deal, but one that blows your day budget of calories once a week. I don't think I'll survive without it. I LOVE going out for lunch on Saturday, but it always blows my calories. The good news is I do bike about 25 miles or so on Saturdays which is darn good for me!

I would love to join in. Weekends are the worst for me too. I can go all week on plan but the weekends are danger zone.

I was right on with my Calories, but I did have a piece of my birthday cake with fat free, no sugar added ice cream. I'll tell you what for being fat free, it was yummy. 1/2 cup at 70 calories. Pretty good. Today is a good on plan day so far. I didn't exercise yesterday as it was a rest day. I start week 3 of turbo jam today which is a 20 minute workout I think. I'll hafta check.

No, one freebie meal a week shouldn't hurt your progress at all. If you do see a slight jump on the scale after a freebie meal, it should just be a little water weight. Easily enough dealt with.

I am having a nice, easy OP weekend. Some weekends are rough. This one is not. It is nice to breeze through, without having to white-knuckle it from one meal to the next, just to survive.

I hope that everyone is having a great Sunday.

OP today, a little lower than normal on calories. I did Turbo Jam's 20 minute workout and the ab jam. Have a good week everybody!

I did fine yesterday. I did more free-grazing than regular meals, but I stayed within calories so it's all good. Phew, we survived another weekend of eating!

I think this a great idea, and will be joining you starting this weekend! (Especially since my "weekends off" end up being a week long...)

Hey everyone! Hope your weekend is starting off well. I was OP yesterday. Decided to eat a cookie yesterday, but was disgusted to see it was 420 cals (one of those big cookies from gas station). Decided against it and ate some baked lays chips instead. Didn't really work out yesterday, but walked around campus. Good luck everybody!

I'm bowing out this weekend. I had my 'girls day' yesterday and went crazy eating. It was planned, so I don't feel too guilty. I ended up taking home almost my entire dinner from Red Lobster because I couldn't eat any more. So.....I had that for dinner tonight. Ugh. It was good, but I'm so over eating to many calories. I am also going out for lunch tomorrow. Thai food and they have their menu on-line so mebbe I'll preplan what I'm going to eat so I can stay within calories.

hello again. Another OP day yesterday. Also did Leslie Sansone's 2 mile brisk walk and Turbo Jam's Turbo Sculpt and Ab Jam. OP so far today, and TJ's Cardio Party and 3 mile walk. Good luck everybody! Hope you're having a great time with the girls cdiem. I'm jealous!

I have discovered problems with having one 'free' day to eat everything and anything I want. I wasn't too stressed over the weight gain, it was minimal and should come off fast. I had thought that one out. But it made me sick. And worse than that, I am having a hard time getting back on track. I want to eat everything in sight suddenly and it's driving me mad. *sigh* Live and learn. I'm trying to not go to crazy today and tomorrow I'll be back on a schedule so I should be able to get back on track.

This is hard!!!!!!!!!!

I don't have problems on the weekend so much anymore as I do on weekdays. Going back to school has put a strain on my eating plans. I was OP today, and did the walk away the pounds 3 mile as well as Turbo Jam Cardio Party. So just wish me luck for the week!
