Do you believe us? We ROCK! Happy, we were posting at the same time, so I came in to edit. We're in the 700's!
Gym: bike 60 minutes (a record breaking 410 cal and 21.6 miles for me!)

and 20 minutes strength (back and biceps).
Husband promises another 2 mile jaunt with the girls later, but for now I've got 80 minutes to subtract/add:
854 - 80 = 774!!!
He's putting air in my bike tires right now, I haven't ridden it since October. It's so sunny and cool here today I thought I'd get out before I shower off this gym-ness I have goin' on. If I can get even 5 minutes on that thing, I'm doing well...I'm a little pooped out.
