  • My brother says I could be a beauty queen if I lost weight, backhanded compliment.
  • Oh i hate when they say that. Blah. Good for you for taking the good of it!
  • I am really liking my joints.(knees, ankles, wrists, ect)
  • My trainer said two awesome things to me today!

    1) I look like I am loosing weight
    2) This is the best physical shape she has ever seen me in
  • Im so sore from working out that I don't even mind the pain.

  • Way to go on everyone's feel-goods!! I'm all smiley just seeing other people's accomplishments. weird eh?

    I'm now 2 weeks of being on plan (again)! my skin is softer, my nails are healthier and have stopped breaking, and i can actually see an end result that is plausible!

    so close.....
  • One positive thing about me is my sore calves!! That means they are getting stronger!
  • that i'm trying not to let things get me down so much.
  • That I am taking responsibility for my anxiety and doing something about it. (Whoo! Go natural supplements!!!)
