Sorry I've not been around much this week. I've been in shock since my last WI - put on loads (haven't changed my ticker - I'm too depressed about it)

and it's not as if I'd had an enjoyable blow-out or anything! Lets just say that my 3rd goal is no longer achieved

I'm being investigated by my Dr as I may be starting to go through the menopause



and apparently putting on weight is a common symptom


I'm feeling completely fed up - after all my hard work! I'm going to WI tomorrow but my heart's not in it. After the awful WI last week I just overate for a couple of days and haven't been to the gym all week.
