HELP, I CANT STOP EATING!!! I don't know what is wrong w/ me today. I have been eating NON STOP! I had 6 (count'em, 6!) Payday candybars, 5 cresent rolls (like they sell in the bakery at walmart) 10 cheese cubes (the size of a dice) Plus some potroast w/ carrots. Plus I didnt exercise today, because my chest is really congested.... This is such a bad week for me...TOM is here and on top of that, tomorrow would have been my due date had I not miscarried in August...Plus my MIL went to FL for the week b/c her mom is really sick, so I am feeding her 8cats, 1 dog, 2 rabbits, and goat.
Right now, I just want to go to bed, cover my head and stay there till next week. Ok, enough whining...I actually feel better seeing all this in black & white...(although I'm not brave enough to enter all that food into fitday, LOL)
Ok, SO since I Really screwed up today, my plan for tomorrow is:
Breakfast: 1c. large seedless white grapes and 1 sm. banana
Lunch: salad made w/ lettuce, cucumber, and bell pepper w/ FF ranch dressing, and about 5 cheese cubes
Dinner: (not real healthy) sloppy joe made w/ ground beef and "manwich" sauce on "whitewheat" hamburger bun w/ a handful of plain potato chips
Snack: 1 cup s.f. jello
And, I'll workout w/ my Kathy Smith dvd if my chest clears up, if it doesnt, I'll do some strength exercises w/ my resistance bands and dumb bells.
