  • Hi AnnRue - and welcome! Your list of foods look good - especially the soup. I usually bring either chicken noodle or tomato soup to work in a thermos. I always add a cup of chicken broth to the soup to make it more filling. Sometimes I slice tomatos and cucumbers for a snack. Jolly Time popcorn has bags for 100 calories that. Plums are filling and low calorie.

    The other day I made a chicken egg foo young recipe. Instead of frying each individual pancake, I put the entire mixture in a 9 x 11 baking pan and baked it. When done, I served individual squares with the fat free gravy. This was so good and low calorie - very filling.

    Also - I make a lot of the WW recipes - especially the casseroles. FB has several WW posters with good recipes.
