I agree...the pudding is horrible. I make them into the cakes with imitation flavors and a little splenda (if I'm craving sweet). I have to buy in boxes because there is not a clinic near me so I've come up with a iced latte type drink that gets rids of the texture. I've been adding about two cups of water, 4 or 5 ice cubes and an heap of instant coffee...way way way better. If I'm really craving the sweet I'll sprinkly a tiny bit of Splenda but I'm trying to get away from that habit.Originally Posted by Greekgirldea
Well...I survived 6 whole days so far on IP. I may have ate later than I wanted but by golly I did not cheat. I actually thrive on repetition so I look forward to when I can pick up my new order of food for week 2 on Tuesday. I can tell you that I hated the puddings (ugggggggh) but I got a fantastic suggestion from here to make them into a cake/muffin and it actualy was better to have something more solid to eat

Day 2 was way better for me than yesterday. I didn't feel hungry all day. I had the yogurt drink for lunch and it was awesome compared to the mushroom soup I had yesterday
. I had a really hard time with the soup so if anybody has ideas on how to make it better please help......
