Help needed please!!!

Im on day four and I didnt get much info from my coach when I started. She just gave me the handouts and about 35 different packets ( a few bars, chips, RTD and puddings too) which is nice because Ive been able to try lots of different things so that I'll know what I like and what I dont. However, Im not sure what is restricted and what isnt, and on one of the handouts it says not to have any restricted the first 3 weeks. And Im not sure how many regular packets I should be eating a day. Right now Im doing 4 a day. Also can I eat peppers?

I like mine with a bit of instant decaf coffee, some coconut extract & a bit of splenda...so good
