Liana - what is interesting is that while small (B Cup from a C), since I started weight lifting and added some muscle, they look fantastic

Yeah, boobs, lol. I went from a 36C to a 32D so not a huge loss of size, just sort of a redistribution - they aren't as full on top as they used to be. Part of that is probably age too,
. I have long muscle bellies and don't get compact/bulkier muscles (more a rangier sort of build) so lifting doesn't change much for me unfortunately. I used to lift and train others as well, but haven't for the past 6 years as it is too painful. I did enjoy it then, and wish I still could but every time I give it a retry I am limited by my grip (for upper body), and I already get enough lower body resistance training other ways.
