  • I am completely addicted to sautéed cabbage these days. I sautée it in a bit of coconut oil and use some lemon juice and sea salt and pepper. Sometimes I add caraway seeds too. This is my little piece of heaven! Or roasted cauliflower and broccoli. Mmmmmm

    L: IP broccoli cheddar soup made as a sauce over steamed broccoli
    D: Asian pork tenderloin, salad
    S: IP raspbery jelly with 2 c stewed rhubarb

    B: Protoccino drink mixed w/ strong coffee

    L: Quest Bar & 2 cups steamed cauliflower w/ EVOO S&P

    D: Grilled chicken & sauteed cabbage & mushrooms

    SN: Chocomint pudding (Yum)
  • B: French Toast (IP omelet, egg white, zucchini, WF maple syrup)
    L: Rotini Salad
    D: Stuffed peppers (gr. beef, grated cauliflower "rice", jalapeño, WF honey dijon mustard) I was nervous with the dressing but I didn't want it dry with no tomato sauce.. well guess what?!....YUM

    Breakfast is basically the same everyday, I change the fruit up,
    but its working for me

    B 2 eggs overeasy w/Pam, whole wheat bagel thin with 1tsp butter
    1/2 cup Blueberries & 1/2 cup plain nonfat greek yogurt

    L Mixed green salad w/1 cup veggies and applecider dressing
    chicken breast and brussel sprouts

    D Grilled sirloin, grilled zucchini and cauliflower

    S Chocolate pudding w/caramel dip swirled and sea salt
    Think i'm addicted to this! LOL!

    I finally grilled without my winter coat on, yayyy!

    I'm the same way ... Creature of habit. I had strawberries with my yogurt today, and tuna vs. chicken, and cauliflower vs. brussel sprouts (which I had last night). Tonight we grilled burgers (I had mine with mustard, WF spicy BBQ sauce, dill pickles, lettuce, tomatoes and onions). Midway through the day I had a Quest bar.

    The WF spicy BBQ sauce is one thing that I'll be continuing to use. My DH even likes it. It's excellent, IMO.

    Ya I'm not a big fan of most the dressings, chipoltle ranch is good on
    taco salad. Caramel dip good in dk choc pudding.
    Still need to try big mac in a bowl and buffalo chicken salad.
    Any luck with either?
