    I was losing steadily for a while but got to 176.8 and just stopped. I've been there for 3 days now and am a little sad about it.

    txladymedic Don't worry about it! Just stay on plan and the scale will catch up to you. Weight loss isn't always a steady downhill, even if you're doing everything right.

    I had a huge whoosh this morning down to 174.4. I think things are probably off because I have been sick all week, but we'll see what happens.
