back from an impromptu camping trip....three playdates today and crap loads of laundry to do....anyway...DRINK YOUR WATER!!
On Saturday, I realized before bed that I had not had much water, but I did not want to drink too much before bed. Sunday was all coffee while we packed. Then nothing in the truck on the way up. Quick dinner, just a .5 L of water.
When I went to pee that night, it looked like tea. I could not believe how dehydrated I was. It was terrible. I started pounding water and just today does everything seem back to normal.


! I'm telling you the scale is a "false idol". I can't wait to not have to weigh in every week. I can not give it that much power. I do better when I don't have to step on every week. I lose more.
