I have finally now just caught up with all the posts since my last one on Friday.
SoulBliss and Amy....do you have web cams on your pc's? If you do, part of your video could be of the two of you chatting through the pc. I dunno, that was just the first thing that came into my head.....I'll keep thinking.
POSTUS-INTERUPTUS...I hate meetings. That is a whole hour of my life I will never get back.
ANYWAY...1.6lb loss for the week. Not a great number, but a number. The scale has been stuck on me for about a month. To avoid being tempted to throw in the towel, I look back at my measurments. - 10 inches in my hips since I started this January 2007. That was good motivation.
What else? Oh, I got a heart rate monitor this weekend. It's kind of fun...right now, I can tell you that I have burned 4392 calories since 4:30 this morning. That is largely due to the fact that I went to the gym for the first time in 4 years this morning....1/2 hr on the LifeCycle, and 45 min of weights (plus all the steps to and from the car to the gym, the gym to the car, the car to the office for a shower, and from the office shower room back to the car....after that I took the elevator.).
OK...as for goals for the challenge:
- Lose 9 lbs.
- Go to the gym M/W/F...1/2 hour bike, weight circuit
- 1 hour of aerobic excercise - T/TH/SAT
- 64 oz of water each day
- Stay within WW Points...no flexpoints.
That's a start....
PS - Heather....don't be afraid to take the pain killers the Doc prescribes. Don't wait until the pain is unbearable. You will be fine. Like you said, you will be out.
