So I've had all my fruits/vegies for the day but only one milk. I *may* have a 2-pt. WW ice cream bar in a couple hours -- right now I'd like to have it but I'm not sure if I want to use any of my Flex points in order to have it. I still have a big glass of water left to drink so I may just be thirsty. If I do use a couple Flex points for the ice cream that's okay since I haven't used any all last week and I was satisfied with my weigh-in today (2.2 lbs. GONE!)
I made my airline reservations for an upcoming trip to CA to see my sons and granddaughter. I'm already starting to plan how I'm going to handle my eating choices -- my last trip I indulged pretty freely and never really got back on plan after my return home until now. I've been looking at hotels online with a big deciding factor being whether or not they have a microwave and a mini fridge in the room ...

My babies are only 20 months, but I keep wanting to just stop time!! Where have my babies gone?? It makes me sad because they just melt my heart, and I know there's all this stuff I'm going to forget as they grow up... How old is your little angel?
