Good morning ladies; Me and hubby had a date night last night so needless to say I am on P1 ish day today. I hope to get my long run in which is about an hour and of course get the water in!! Its always great to start my day on here to help motivate me.

Notsofat; Wow, 6 days a week of exercise is awesome! Good for you! We are all getting older so losing the weight and exercise will definately help in that. And its not easy no matter what responsibilities we have in life so be proud of all that you've accomplished! Thanks for your positve words!
catlady; Congrads on the 1.2lb loss. You continue to do so well. And losing weight does give us more confidence and make us feel better about ourselves.

allme; Yes, events are challenging to pass up all that enticing food. But, so worth the effort when we do it. I was at a little gathering yesterday with goodies and had a small coffee and thats it. I am now used to not indulging just because there seems to be food at something. Not that I do it all the time but most of the time.
