DS's birthday this week. Held on to 2 pounds of water weight & didn't lose as much as I had hoped to this week. Oh well, still on plan.

No reason for this, muscles are sore but can't imagine I'm carrying 3 lbs of water weight.
I lost another pound and feel good. Staying the course is what I repeat to myself. I like the way I'm feeling and the movement that returns as the pounds come off.
