  • Hi All! Hope you guys don't mind me jumping in.

    Breakfast- Larabar- 240 calories
    Lunch- Mixed Veggies - 50 calories
    PM snack- clementine-35 calories
    Dinner- Taco Salad-288 calories
    Dessert- Mini drumstick- 110 calories

    Total consumed is 723.. ugh I am trying to get it close to 1200 but it is so hard!
  • March 4 - my 25th birthday!

    breakfast (196 cal): bacon, egg and coffee
    lunch: skipped, oops!
    dinner (478 cal): hibachi chicken, zucchini, squash and broccoli with rice, crab spinach salad with black beans, mango orange mousse.
    snacks (22 cal): hershey's kiss with almond

    Total: 696 cal
    Exercise total: -460
    Net: 236
  • Hey everyone.. I havent been here in a little while because I've been very sick and on top of that i hurt myself in an accident , but Im feeling better & Ill be back & keeping better track of everything soon...

    total: 730. approx. 500 calories for dinner.
