Just finished 45 minutes of digging in the garden followed by Turbo Fire HIIT 25. I really, really,
really wanted to quit halfway through the video, my muscles were already fatigued from jumping on the shovel and heaving sod around, but I'm glad I didn't. It was worth it! Tonight I have to go to H&R Block for taxes, then it's grocery shopping = bleh.
I'm thinking tomorrow I'll do a quick ab workout in the morning for my formal workout and spend more time in the garden.
novangel Ahh, I hated 30 day shred the (very short amount of) time I tried it. Good for you for sticking to it! When it's hard that just means you're doing a good job! Be proud!
