Trouble is, The reson I gained it back was because I fell back into my old ways, which really scares me. I'm getting married in Januaray and hope to be 10lbs past goal by that point. But what happens after that?! I know that their are the other phases to go through and maybe that will teach me to eat properly and responsibly, but what if it doesn't?
I'm just venting (again something I miss about this site!) Thanks for listening!

Don't worry ladies you have not gone back to your old ways or you wouldn't be here and thinking about it. Life has its bumps but keep focused. This is different because before we all just put the blinders on and plugged forward.

We are getting it done...it is right there in our minds...marathon...not a race...slower changes that will last a lifetime...the bumps we recover from teach us so much about lifelong living

I can see my weight wanting to creep back up and it scares me (maybe the fact that I just finished TOM for this month is not helping).
My tendency to binge is still there and I find that if I give in, it is far worse than before. I am desperately trying not to go back to my old ways. I find maintenance VERY difficult but I will not give in to failure. I must do this and I will do this.
2200 is not a binge....that is about what a person of your weight needs to consume per day to maintain without any exercise (you can check this on line)
Forgive yourself

I think I feel fat because of my loose skin, so I am going to get the raspberry jelly and eat it every day to see if it helps.
I also will start swimming and doing sit ups. I did crunches for two days, then stopped. I need to start toning.
I just feel like I hit a wall, mentally.
Thanks to all for listening to me vent. I just needed to get that out.
I have been working out with the personal trainer for 7 months now...intense workout...I have some serious muscle tone...but the more muscle I get the more loose skin I get....very annoying

I went to weigh in yesterday morning hoping to keep moving to phase 3 but my coach told me I need to phase out properly to have my pancreas heal and function the best. Soooo...I'm back to phase 1 until Vegas, then phase 1 a week after Vegas, then on to phase 2 and 3. I basically extended this diet a month so I could enjoy a few days last week. *head meets hand* I really need to work on the "all or nothing" theory I've been accustomed to. Sigh. Here's to day 2 of phase 1 (again).
JUst spent 10 nights (amazing fun nights) in Vegas...I think I drank about 75 martinis....so phase 2 for 10 days....I just can't stomach phase 1 after being on maintenance since June

My shirt size has gone from 3X to XL and pants from 4X to 2X.
My instructor for my community clinical also noticed my weight loss since I started this semester in May. It feels good!!
My "mini" goal is reaching 199. I cannot wait!!!
Also, I got a huge shipment in of hot cocoa and bought the new IP Dill Pickle Zippers - great food and makes me even more motivated!
I'm so excited for next weeks WI when I finally hit the 6-0 mark! How exciting!
Great job

In contrast, I've been struggling, especially this past week... in the past, it seemed the usual thing I craved was sweets - pie, cookies, candy, brownies - but all this week I've been wanting crunchy & salty... I managed to steer clear of what I really wanted - potato chips, but couldn't resist massive consumption of cashews!.. & as a result, I've put back on a few pounds... I've been getting in my correct amount of sea salt, so I don't think that's the problem... plus, I eat plenty of raw veggies, so I'm getting lots of crunchy there... so, I suppose it's just in my head & I'll probably need to just tough it out 'til this craving fades away... I'm hoping my confession here will help... so, anyway, it's back to Phase 1 Bootcamp for me... I'll be having grilled salmon & a big crunchy salad for lunch...
Have a WONDERFUL weekend, y'all...
hugs
No struggle your persistance is just a testiment to your committment to a lifelong change...bravo
