  • I'm still trucking along.. Less meat though this week. I will weigh in one day this week, and I better be no more than 155 and that's the bottom line!

    Anyhow.

    Today

    Meal 1
    Small salad
    greek yogurt & 1 cup blueberries

    Meal 2
    greek yogurt.. plain

    Meal 3
    apple

    Workout
    45 minutes cardio
    Biceps and shouders

    Meal 4
    spinach caserole

    3oz redwine
  • Yes, I am soo glad I made the spinach casserole last night. I missed it.. Just spinach and beans

    Anyway

    Worked out this morning at 5am.
    1 hr cardio

    630 - kale smoothie

    930 - spinach casserole
  • I'm alive !!!! Been gone for a while. Was up to 165 and was stressed the heck out !! I never stopped working out but I think stress and going into gluten denial blew me up like a balloon !!! Anyway no more gluten and alot less stress now! I calorie counted, low fat'd and ran this butt back diwn to 148.8 as of today. I was 165 February 19th so it's been a little while ..,.

    Anyway today's weight is 148.8 and I thank God! I just can't take anything higher than the 140s!!! It's too much for me to deal with mentally or physically !! I cznt go back anymore!

    Anyway. Extreme fat smashing my way back down through these 140s and the fight is back on to get into the 130s!!

    Exercise : 60 minutes cardio ( treadmill) sprints and interval incline running
