I'm back in the 170's today

I'm just so tired, I work weekends now and I couldn't work out yesterday, and I won't be working out today because I haven't been getting enough sleep.
Oh well, I'll get back down there. The more you lose the harder it is the keep it off! I flucate up and down quite often as well.

Fivestone, that's great progress! It keeps me motivated to see the scale move down, I know it will be a struggle to keep it down to, but all that hard work goes to something!
