Over the week-end I was able to get 1 mile in Saturday before the rain drenched us....the mutts and I were soaked! Then yesterday Angie and I got 2.5 in the afternoon, we took it easy as I am still feeling it This morning I went out hoping to get at least 2 miles in but I felt decent so the mutts and I did our 3 mile loop

+ 2.36 miles today and 4.52 miles yesterday

Today was my fourth day in a row at the gym, so rather than run, I walked a mile on the treadmill on an incline and biked 7.25 miles. I was pretty happy with that.
