I was just reading about the benefits of taking a couple tablespoons of Brewers yeast daily for better glucose management. I was trying to figure out if I want to take Brewers or just nutritional yeast, which has more B vitamins. Either one tastes nasty and I plan to mask in a bit of pineapple juice. Maybe it would help your diabetes! I don't have diabetes but am taking that and Cod liver oil just for natural vitamins/health benefits.


This thread seems to be a bit quiet.
Will start a fast tonite at 9 to 1pm Monday. Which gives me 16 hours. Then I can eat just before I pick up my school kids at 2.30.
