Staccie-stick with eating well and get to the gym as often as you can and you will still see your numbers go down.

Lindy-I just guesstimate calories and have cut out most "whites" from my diet. I think Sandy said she did the same thing. Do 30ds almost everyday and walk everyday(weather permitting)
Dance-2 lbs is great. You are going to look great in that bridesmaid dress
So I havent done 30ds today and was gonna skip it. But then I log in here and get inspired and have decided to get up and do it before midnight. I want to finish day 10. One third of the way there. Goodnight ladies.

After awhile you get the spinner callouses on your butt too (well at least that's what I call them).
